Upgrade data showing incorrectly

Hi not sure if this is correct location but I have just upgraded two of my plans to 160gb and 5g but data is only showing as 80gb, this happened last time I upgraded but I can’t find a help chat and can’t get through on 150. Can anyone help? Thanks

Unfortunately, this is a public internet forum and no-one on here has access to your individual account.

 

If you're signed into myEE online and are on pay-monthly, the live chat option is an option, otherwise you will need to call C/S on 150 and be patient.

Thanks for your reply.I have tried live chat but no option for data problems and tells me I can’t continue. I called 150 again no option for data problems went through to upgrade as that’s why the problems has occurred after waiting 25 minutes told couldn’t help would transfer me but got disconnected. I have to say if you have any  problems trying to get help is a nightmare .

Hi @Leanne_T  there is nothing showing on add ons but it relates to two sims linked to my Account. The plan was 160gb data for 24 months but only 80gb is showing, see screen shot below. I have blanked out the phone numbers.

Mine is the same. I took out a new sim only plan last week on the 160gb offer and only showing 80gb on account.  Was waiting to see if it updates and changes but will be trying to call at some point tomorrow. Last time I had to ring, I was waiting nearly 1 hour for someone to take my call.
