I am trying to upgrade my apple watch contract and I am so close to completing the order but it is asking for a security pin.
The pin will be text to the line's mobile number but I cannot receive a pin/text to complete my upgrade as it uses a different mobile number than my actual mobile phone...
I would call 150 but I am sure this is definitely not classed as 'urgent'
Is there a way to get a pin sent to my main mobile number instead of the apple watch line number to complete my upgrade? Help!!

Are you typing in the watch number to get the pin sent to?
I appreciate you coming here in the first instance, but the best way to resolve this would be to contact our Upgrades Team so they can manually complete this for you.
