I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 11 in red on Saturday, didn’t pay anything as contract had ran out. I’ve had a confirmation of order email but nothing since, is there any other information you can give me please?

Can you track your order using the online order tracker? you will need your order number from your confirmation email.
As soon as your order is ready for delivery this will be updated.
You will get a text from DPD to let you know when to expect the delivery of your iPhone 11.
