Upfront upgrade cost credited to EE account

Hi,

 

I recently upgraded my plan to include the iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was charged a £50 upfront fee which was successfully taken from my account and I received confirmation. I have noticed that this £50 has now been added as credit to my EE account and will me taken from the next bill. Why has this happened?

It maybe because your order is cancelled? You would need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this account specific question.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
