Hi,
I ordered a new S21 a few days ago and am therefore waiting up to 21 days for it to be dispatched. I just wanted to check that if I receive the phone after the 30/9/21 (the cut off for the promotion) I will still be eligible for the free earbuds and smart tag promotion as I have purchased the phone within the promotional period?

Yes, since you ordered within the promotional period, you'll still be able to claim them through the Samsung Members app, once you've received your phone. 🙂

@Parcmaison Hey I ordered around the same time as you and was told 7 days 🤷 even chose violet to avoid anymore waiting. I see lots of people in the same boat thinking 7 days then...nothing. Were you told 21 days? I'd rather just know a more definitive date than being told an earlier one and being disappointed � great to know the buds offer still stands I was wondering that too

Could you please help me with claiming my samsung buds ?
I've tried ordering them through the samsung members app but you can't select EE as a store? Any ideas why or what we should select?

Hi,
I have also encountered this problem, the drop down menu doesn't have EE listed, however in the terms and conditions it is listed as a participating store.

EE is showing in the drop down for me this morning, can you try typing EE and this should show for you?
