Upfront cost is still in my bank

So basically I ordered an I phone XR on contract yesterday I got the email saying successful EE order with a xko order number and I have just checked my bank and the upfront cost hasn’t been taken from my back. Have I passed my credit check and is it just a slow process?

As soon as your order has been processed you will receive an email from us and the payment will be taken, you will also get a text from DPD the day before your iPhone is due for delivery.

 

If you would like to get this looked into, please give us a call on 0800 956 6000 and our Mobile Care team can check your order for you and give you an update.
