Unwanted calls

I keep getting all these unwanted calls even when I block the numbers they just ring back

Are you saying that numbers you have blocked, are not being blocked by your phone?

 

Or are you complaining that you're getting cold callers who change their number to bypass being blocked? If that's the case, you and half the country I suspect...
