Gosh, you were quick. Thanks for help.

I've received the code but as you said not on weekend because takes longer.

How do I get in touch with EE with the corresponding department?

Is the customer service number the right one?

I would say 150 but don't think you have sim +44-800-956-6000 try that about 8am or 8.30am to get through easier i was browsing the forum when I saw lol I think stores are now opening so can give code on store be aware the pac will last 30 days after 30 you will have to ask for a new one

Morning @erdeil

Thanks for coming to the community.

You can fill in our number transfer form online to request your number to transfer 🙂

Or, you can also give us a call on 0800 079 8586 and the team will be happy to help.

If you submit the form before 5.30pm on a working day, we will endeavour to have your number transferred the following working day.

If your request is made after 5.30pm, or made on a weekend or bank holiday, your number will take two working days to transfer.

Please allow time for us to complete your request. For example, if you submit your details at 5.25pm this may not allow us quite enough time to complete for the following working day. However, we will do our best to transfer your number in a timely manner

Leanne 🙂

Wow, is Sunday morning and you guys still answering. That's customer
service and more than glad to join EE. Thanks

We are very happy to have you with us @erdeil

Hope you have a lovely weekend 🙂

Leanne.

Another Questions:

1. I must pre-own an EE sim or only the provider is changing and the plastic/actual sim does not need to be replaced?

2. I will be able to use my phone in those 24 hrs while the change is made? as I'm extra dependent to use it for work purposes.

You'll get assigned a temporary number till the switch happens
