Unlocking my doro phone

I recently changed over to sky so I went through the correct channels informed we got code to keep number , so my new sim arrived put it in phone and the fun begins phone needs a np code  called customer services they didn't know what np code was but told I can unlock via my ee , my ee said I have to call to unlock so I called he gave me a link to unlock again back to same page I then spoke to someone who took details to pass on to the unlock team , got a email from said unlock team saying I can pay the unlock team £8.99 great but no phone number to call so back cus ser who started to fill out the same form I did yesterday no I just want a number to pay the £8.99 don't have a,number can't give me a number so how the f######## hell do I pay it then , I'll pass on your details they have my details , the phone belongs to elderly lady who is vulnerable and shouldn't be without a phone but as I speak has no mobile , sorry for the rant but I'm getting nowhere , 

Any advice would be helpful

To unlock a 2nd-hand phone you need to call Customer Services on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) to put you in touch with the Unlocking Team to request an Unlock Code. You will be asked for your email addy. They will take payment (of £8.99) from any valid UK bank card.

Once the process has been started you will receive an email from the Unlocking Team to process the unlock. It can take up to 10 days to complete the unlock.
