Unlock phone in contract

I cant unlock my phone from the my EE app and website (says it cant).

Also l cant talk to anyone or message anyone. 

Im still in contract ,(5 days left)but want my phone unlocked ready for a sim only deal from another supplier.

PLEASE HELP

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

As you are in contract still there will be a fee to process the unlock request early. 

 

What phone are you looking to unlock?

What reports back when you text UNLOCK to 150?

I have filled in the on-line form several times, each time l get to the end it states that it doesnt recognise the imei number start again

Is the IMEI number 15 digits long?
