Unlimited data????

I took out a sim only contract for my 4gee WiFi box with the understanding I’ll have unlimited internet so I can run my Xbox off of it, I have just seen on my account that I only have 100gb what does this mean? If I only have 100gb then it will last about 10 days which am not happy about and will be looking into cancelling my contract. Any ideas?

Are all of your other devices able to connect to your 4GEE WiFi @Dmilton57?

Do you have the router close to the TV? 

The Maximum distance is 5m showing in the manual.

Hi @Dmilton57,

I've taken a look at the manual and I can't see any reason why your TV would be able to connect to your phone's hotspot successfully but not your 4GEE WiFi.

I'd recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to see if they can help.
