Unlimited data????

I took out a sim only contract for my 4gee WiFi box with the understanding I’ll have unlimited internet so I can run my Xbox off of it, I have just seen on my account that I only have 100gb what does this mean? If I only have 100gb then it will last about 10 days which am not happy about and will be looking into cancelling my contract. Any ideas?

Hi @Dmilton57

Only you will know the plan you took out. EE unlimited plans are not  unlimited, as per the T&C 600GB is your limit before action maybe taken on your account.

UNLIMITED PLANS

50GB fair use policy applies outside UK. Personal, non-commercial use only. If you regularly tether 12 or more devices, we will consider this non-personal use and have the right to move you to a more suitable plan. We will consider usage above 600GB/month to be non-personal use and have the right to apply traffic management controls to deprioritise your mobile traffic during busy periods or to move you to a business plan. You can gift up to 100GB. Data usage on an unlimited plan will decrement from giftable allowance. Any data boost allowance will be added to the giftable allowance.

100GB is only the gifting limit of data you may gift to other nos. on your a/c. It does not limit the the amount of data you may use yourself thro' your mobile router.
