Hello! I received a message about the offer of unlimited Internet and calls for 5 (7) days for 5 (7) pounds, today is the last day when this offer ends and I want to use this service, but for some reason I can not send SMS (writes that it has not been sent) to activate it. I cannot find this offer in my account. How can I activate it?

Hi @Joli ,
What number did that text appear to arrive from and what was the full text message?
It would be worth other people mentioning if they've received the same legitimate message because, although it claims to be valid for five or seven days, the equivalent monthly rate is significantly below the retail price for unlimited data for a full 24 month contract so I would doubt its legitimacy. 🤓

@mikeliuk : These would be PAYG loyalty offers sent out by EE at random times. There is no unlimited data plan for PAYG but EE does make short-term unlimited data offers to PAYG users from time to time.
