Unable to transfer my number

Hi I have recently ordered a sim deal with 100gb data. On checkout I entered my PAC code to transfer my number.
The sun has arrived and the number has not been transferred and the sim plan is showing as 50gb not the 100gb plan I picked.
I have gone to the transfer my number page and entered my details but an error saying the PAC code is not valid comes up.
can you help me please

The wrong data is a common known fault. Phone CS to get it corrected.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
