Unable to place order - errors at checkout

Hello

 

Wondered if someone can help - no matter which device I use, when trying to check-out I receive this message:

This is despite every section on the form being filled out entirely accurately, and when you scroll down it doesn't actually identify which section of the form it's claiming there is an error with..

 

Anyone experiencing the same issue etc.?

Are you able to try using a different browser?

 

If it's still not working, I'd recommend giving our Upgrades Team a call.

Hi @Jon_K , after some trial & error it seems that it was refusing the ' in the town in my address (Bishop's Stortford). The reason why it wasn't showing where the error was is because it was actually an error on the previous page for delivery details!

Might be worth putting that across to your IT team though, as someone else might have given up already!
