Upgrade PAYMONTHLY URGENT COMPLAINT

I have tried several times to upgrade online (had no problems before) for samsung 20ultra, no handset fee,unlimted data no swappables in black several times with my  existing customer online discount 10% and eeperks 20% and 10% off with  my existing insurance as i have another insurance for another phone .

The online order lets me put all the discounts through including the insurance discount which also gives me free screen protection case and cover and existing customer discount because they were already on my order automatic and went through,

then i only needed to input from my end my ee perks code which approved and i then added amazon echo £4permonth dot which approved with £20 voucher for next purchase on gadgets.

Then when i went to checkout it removed all my discounts even though they were on system approved. I have everyday tried to do upgrade but when it comes to check it keeps removing all the discounts and charging me the full price. When it is meant to £58.80 as this is what it showed on my order for all my addons and then reverted back to full price at checkout. And no handset fee.

Please fix this im loyal customer working hard in meed of my phone for my public figure work.

  • This has been stressful and the EE PERKS DISCOUNT CODES I HAVE THAT IM ENTITLED and went approved TO NOW SAY INVALID EVEN THOUGH THE EXPIRY DATE IS 2023.  I have also read many complaints that their eeperks code have all been having problems . PLEASE HELP I AM DISABLED UNABLE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE TO GO TO EE STORES. I HAVE FOUND BEEN EITH EE FOR MSNT YEARS ORDERING ONLINE STRESSFREE SND THE STAFF HAVE BEEN REALLY GOOD TO ME FOR APPLYING ALL MY DISCOUNTS EVERY YEAR THAT IM ENTITLED TO.
