Hi I keep getting a message saying my SIM is not working. Restarting doesn't help. Nothing wrong with the network. Massively long queue on 150 and I can never get through. My phone is basically useless. What do I do? Thanks, Anna

@AnnaDB take your Sim card out of your device and give it a clean with a damp cloth make sure it’s dry before you put it back into the device.

Hi Chris, thanks, I've done that but nothing seems to work. Occasionally the phone does work but 90% of the time it doesn't, and it's getting worse and worse. It's really annoying. Thanks though!

Are you able to try your SIM in another device to see if this continues?
If it does, I would recommend a replacement SIM.

Hi Katie, I've tried everything. I can't get through to EE on 150 and the site says I can't order a replacement online, so how can I get a replacement SIM? Many thanks, Anna
