Hi, I bought the 2G sim card with just 2G of data. I now want to add the Pack10, I have the 10 pounds credit, but when I sms Pack10 to 150 it says 'sorry, there is an issue at the moment and your pack can't be added'. I need to be able to make calls....what can I do?Thanks

Morning @Blairwi

Thanks for posting.

If you text ALL PACKS to 150, does the £10.00 pack show available?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne

Thanks for your reply 😊 yes, when I text ALL PACKS to 150 it replies with a list of all the packs, including the one I want, PACK10 option. I then type YES to select it, it then warns me if I choose the pack I will lose any data etc. that I currently have, do I still want to proceed and I type YES and then it gives me the ‘sorry, service unavailable’ message ☹

Thank you,

Best wishes
Blair

Thanks @Blairwi

If you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show you have enough credit for the pack?

Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne, yes it does, it tells me that my balance is 10 pounds plus how much data I currently have left on the sim card etc. Just can’t understand why it won’t allow me to add the pack ☹

Thank you 😊
