Unable to load Pack10

Hi, I bought the 2G sim card with just 2G of data. I now want to add the Pack10, I have the 10 pounds credit, but when I sms Pack10 to 150 it says 'sorry, there is an issue at the moment and your pack can't be added'. I need to be able to make calls....what can I do?Thanks

You may also send texts from your credit for 15p each. The only thing you can't do from credit is use data for which you must have some pack or add-on.
