Unable to continue checkout process

I am currently trying to pre-order the new Pixel 4 phone. The problem occurs when I have filled out the "Personal Details" section during checkout. After I have filled out the entire section and click "Continue to next step", it just scrolls to the top of the page and say this
"Must be at least 2 characters long, and must only contain letters and spaces."
"Please correct the errors below."
However, there are no errors in the document. No fields are marked red, all fields appear to be correct (and filled out if mandatory). I have tried typing all fields all over again, even started the whole checkout process multiple times, but only to get the same error. I have also tried on Chrome, Firefox and Edge just to receive the same error. How can I progress past this?

No, I haven't. I tried again this morning on my phone but the exact same thing happened.
