My phone has not been used since purchasing. Today, have tried to register the number on My EE account but receiving error message 'We don't recognise the number you've entered'. Tried the 'Activate your SIM' on the website and received same message. Also tried phoning 150 but unable to make outgoing call, message 'Not registered on network'. So, in a nutshell, SIM not activated, number not recognised and unable to contact EE on the phone. Please can anyone advise?

How long ago is it since you purchased your phone? Is it pay as you go? Are you not able to use another phone to contact EE?
If you have an app, such as Skype or Viber, you can call EE, there is also a free number you can find by clicking on the contact us at the top here.
