Unable to access EE Perks

I'm unable to access the EE Perks site to get my Emergency Service code.

 

I'm already registered, but whenever I try to log in it tells me the password is invalid.  I try to reset it and it says an email will be sent to reset, which I never receive (yes! I've checked the junk mail!).  I can't re-register because it tells me that I've already registered.

 

I'm tired of seeking help on the webchat/phone - I always just end up with myEE account password resets.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve checked all folders of my email and I still can’t sign in or reset the password. Can you help me? I’ve been trying for a few days now.

Are you using your work email or personal email to sign in? 

 

Have you checked your junk/spam folders for the password reset email?

I too cannot access my perk code. I've tried everything that every poster here has tried to no avail. Really frustrating. The whole process is not fit for purpose. Please help!

Hi, 

 

I am trying to access my EE perks account and cannot log in, I have tried resetting the password and when I enter the details it says incorrect details, despite the email address and password being correct.

 

Can you please advise?

Have you tried logging in with both your personal and work email address?

 

Were able to successfully reset your password?

It was set up on my personal email address, with my work I.d badge verified. 

 

I have tried logging in and unable to.

What error message do you see after resetting your password and attempting to log in?

Hi James, 

 

"login details are invalid" which I don't understand as the password reset email comes to my email address, and when I update the password I get a password reset successful message.

 

Then when I login using the email address and password, I get the login details are invalid message.
