Bluelight Discount Not Valid

I have been trying to use my 20% Bluelight discount generated via the EE Perks Portal on a new phone contract recently but it says the code is not valid.

The code is in date and should work, I even tried generating another incase it was a dud code but the second one is also not valid.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did this work ? I have the same issue - called 150 and they said just a glitch on website? Been trying for 3 days - says code not valid refer to T&Cs in benefits portal???
