I have an old out of contract Note 9 that I have given to one of my kids to use. We have a none EE sim to use but the unlock code provided on email does not work! Please help!

@wigan3r Where did you get this code from ? Was it from EE ? Have you put the other network sim in the device and then entered the unlock code via the phone dial keypad?
Word of warning do not keep trying to enter the code as it can freeze up the device if it’s wrong and you’ll then need a different code to unlock the device so you can put the network unlock code in.

Hi yes the code was from EE via email. tried it twice wont accept
