Hi.
I've been trying to join EE but have questions about porting my number. The live chat hasn't worked for 2 days now....I'm beginning to wonder if I should put up with Vodafone's poor customer service for another 24 months....
Anyone know when it may be available?

When you say its not working. How do? I am on live chat right now talking to someone.
Can you not go to the shop and pick the phone you want?
It will allow you to add a PAC code at some point during the process or after the phone has been delivered.

I click the link for live chat then there are no buttons available under the Customer Service / Tech Support / Join EE.
And the shops are closed. I know the phone and contract i want....
