Iphone 6s plus locked to EE not on database

  • So, today I spoke to EE regarding unlocking an old 6s plus that has been at the bottom of the bosses draw for a few years. The imei was not on the EE database and therefore they would not unlock the device despite admitting that it is locked to EE. It was recommended that I contact apple or try a third party unlocker, obvious pitfulls to both of those options. Please unlock this device that is locked to your network. Thanks

@Law76   If this was a device on a business account only the business account holder can request it to be unlocked. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
