I bought my phone s21 5g on February 27th and am now unable to claim any free gift from Samsung. The claim form for the previous promotion ended on February 28th and now a now promotion has started meaning I'm unable to claim for either promotion! Extremely disappointed considering I left my previous provider due to poor customer service over free gifts that I was unable to claim and now I'm going through the same issues all over again with ee 2 weeks after I have joined. Not a great start at all..

Which promotion did you see when you originally took out your contract with us? The claim period that ended on 28th February was for orders placed before 28th January.

I'm not aware of any promotions that were running for the Samsung Galaxy S21 on that date, @Tomsqual.
