Trying to access My EE Account details

Hi There

I cannot access my EE account for the last few weeks. I can log in with my username and password but then get a message stating words to the effect of "We can't access your details right now please log out and log in again" but each time I do this the message is the same.

I have reset my password

I have deleted browsing history and cookies and opened up a new window

I have tried accessing it via Chrome, firefox and Safari and each time it's the same.

In the brower when this message is displayed I notice it sayson the end of the web address: error = person-identity-failed

but I have reset my password and can log in, I just can't see my account details.

any ideas how to resolve this?

Thanks for trying all of those troubleshooting steps. I recommend speaking to our Tech Gurus on 150 so they can make sure everything's OK from our side.
