Transferring number to my club

AlanD57
Visitor

Hi I have a PAYG in my name that is used as the contact phone for my gliding club.

Can I transfer the number to them so they take responsibility for payment? They could change to pay monthly.

Thanks

Hi @AlanD57.

Welcome to the community.

If it's registered in your name, you would need to complete a change of ownership.

This can be done by contacting our Customer Care team, as long as both you and the new user are present on the line.

Just give them the PAYG SIM. Then they will be responsible for it & any top-ups.

I doubt there is a change of ownership for PAYG a/c's.
