Transferring number to ee

I used the pac code to transfer my daughters number from 3 to ee. If she calls me her old number shows up (the one we wanted to keep from 3) but if she sends a text it says it from the new number. Why is this?

When did you give EE your PAC - which day?
The porting process can take upto the end of the following working day after you submitted it.
If this time has not yet expired, then "split port" behaviour such as this is normal. If it's happening beyond this time, and a phone restart hasn't resolved it, then you are recommended to call EE C/S on 150 and they can check if the port has completed.

I gave them the pac code on Saturday 12th, we recieved the sim yesterday. Should i wait another day or so to see if transfers fully or should it have done it by now?

A PAC submitted on Saturday 12th wouldn't have been actioned until Monday 14th, and the port should have completed by end of Tuesday 15th. See how long to transfer my number
Personally, I'd query it now. You're nigh-on a clear day late.
