Transferring number problems

Transferred to EE about two weeks ago got my new sim/phone etc no problem. Got the PAC code and my number transferred across so everyone can contact me on my old number (happened within 24 hours) and when i ring or text anyone that has me saved it's fine however if i ring or text anyone that doesn't have my number saved it is showing as the number from the new sim that EE sent me and not the number i transferred across. I've tried restarting device etc and now it has been two weeks I'm fearing it is a more technical issue than a delay in the number being transferred across......any ideas?

Hi @edstart 

 

If you've already restarted your device, I would suggest calling C/S on 150 and getting them to check everything is setup properly.

Yeah tried that twice already not having much luck just thought someone else might have had the same problem. Will try again after work
