Transferring number from different provider

Hello I’ve bought a contract with EE and the phone arrived today with a new SIM card but I’ve put that SIM card in but I want to keep the same number from my old network. When I ordered my phone I put the PAC code in and I’m not sure how long I’ve got to wait before the numbers actually transfer. Does it do it automatically? Help would be much appreciated thanks.

The number transfer should complete tomorrow for you, if you would like to make sure this is all set up please give us a call on 150. Our Mobile care team will be happy to check this for you 🙂

We will text you when the number transfer has started and you'll receive another message when the transfer is complete.
