Transferring my number from Three

aleks_1
Visitor

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help out.

I requested a PAC from Three whilst I was filling in the application for my new contract at EE. I added the PAC thinking when my new SIM card arrives, my number would automatically get transferred.

The case for the SIM card advised to go on ee.co.uk/transfermynumber, so I did that after I restarted my phone with the new card and for some reason the code is not recognised. Also an error keeps popping up. The code is still valid until beginning on August.

I never received any confirmation email in regards to the transfer of my number.

I just wanted to make sure my contract with Three is cancelled and that I get to use the same number - I use it for work as well, so it's a bit frustrating!

I do understand that the phone lines are busier than usual, so I wanted to try here first! 🙂

Thanks a lot

Hi @aleks_1.

Welcome to the community.

If you're unable to give us your PAC by completing the online form, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team.

They will be able to manually process the port for you, which will end your contract with your previous provider.
