Transfering old ee PAYG number to monthly contract

NaomiElisabeth1

Hi,

I am trying to transfer an active ee PAYG number to a new contract ee sim/phone but i can't figure out how to do this on the website. Im under the impression that you shouldn't need a PAC code to do this? Any help to point me in the right direction would be gratefully received.

Thank you.

EE provides a ready-made online route to doing it at Switch to pay monthly and save . No PAC is needed or used entirely within EE.
