Hi. In august 2020 I transfered my number to different network, therefore they used my PAC number and I should no longer have EE account, instead I just found out that I have been paying since august, each month bills in different network and also been paying at the EE... for the same number !
How is that even possible and what shall I do in order to solve that issue ?

Indeed! How is it even possible? Only by a mistake on the part of EE or the other network.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

To whom shall I speak to, EE or the other network, and what is the possibility to get back lost money? August should be the last bill from EE therefore I paid 5 months more (with january).

Try calling EE on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
