Trading in device before getting new device

I’ve just got a text saying my return pack is coming in a few days and the phone returned by the 19th of October but my new phone could come in 3 weeks. I need my phone for a work and was planning on returning my current device once I had the new one. Is there anyway to hold my current device until I get my phone if it doesn’t come by the 19th

If you give us a call on 150, we will be able to look into the trade in return for you and see if this can be extended if you will not have your new device within the 14 days.
