I’ve just got a text saying my return pack is coming in a few days and the phone returned by the 19th of October but my new phone could come in 3 weeks. I need my phone for a work and was planning on returning my current device once I had the new one. Is there anyway to hold my current device until I get my phone if it doesn’t come by the 19th
