Is it possible to get an insurance for the phone i have and move it for a different one

Your insurance isn't transferable, unless you buy a new device/upgrade via EE so I understand.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
