I've recently upgraded my phone with the trade in. The trade in deadline is this weekend and I've yet to receive the returns pack I've rang the brightstar number I've been given but can't get an answer been on hold for over an hour every time I call them. I've also emailed but have had no response. I don't want to be charged £350 for this can I have help please?

Or you could ring EE. There is nothing we can do on here. We are just customers.
