I received an email confirming my trade in pack is being sent to me, however there is a 14 day wait the phone I have ordered & the cut off day does not allow time for the phone to arrive. I do not want to have to pay the £175.00 fine.
Is the email confirming my order is ready and being sent or?
The trade in pack will arrive separate to your device, when your phone is on its way you will get a text from DPD to let you know the day before the delivery 🙂
If you get in touch with our Mobile Care team on 150, they will be able to help and make sure you are not charged before your phone arrives 🙂
