Tracking Number not valid

Hi - no my problem has not been resolved. I have confirmation of my EE Business Order, copies attached with a reference number which appears not to match a valid EE order, nor a trace to any complete payments. My calls the Customer Support Desk & tem have proven unsuccessful.
 
Can someone help me please

Were you able to find out what colour/memory size you have ordered?

 

What happened when you called?

As far as I know 256k and black - called the Business Support Team, no
joy, they could not link the reference number tottheorder number nor to
the payment

Success out of 10 was 1, tried several times too.
