Total inability to accept customer orders

So far I have spend a week trying to get my order through to EE and it's been a total shambles.

Every time I try to order through the EE website it either dies, tells me the shop is unavailable or you get all the way through the order - enter payment details and press go!

Only to be told - General System Failure

I've also spent about 3 hours on online chat with customer services trying to place my order only to be told by three different agents my systems unresponsive and I need to reboot so I have to pass you on to someone else.

1st rule of business - make it easy for the customer to give you money!

Duh EE! Get it together. I'm not wasting any more time on this.

If you actually want my business let me know - it's 2 apple watches on £30pm personal plans as upgrades, the deal made with the agents is I'll pay the upgrade fee on one of them and your going to accept the trade in on a watch 4 to cover the upgrade cost on the other.

PM me when you want to process my order. If I don't hear from you before the cooling off period on my two new iPhones (one of which hasn't even turned up even though it should have been here on FRIDAY as promised) I'll be canceling the entire account and going elsewhere.
