On the EE mobile app I tried purchasing a pack and however when I click it to buy it a “this purchase hasn’t gone through” and “try again later” I’ve been trying for couple days now and it still won’t work. And I’m not sure if this is related to it but I’ve stopped receiving calls on my phone for some reason.

Where are you? When did you last make a chargeable action?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

im sorry but I’m confused. Am I meant to have the EE number +447958879879 on my phone?
Yes, within the Settings of your Messaging app. What phone is it?
