Top up online isn't working

No matter what I try I cannot get the online top-up to work for my pay-as-you account.
I complete all of the stages with £10 but then at stage 3 I am told 'payment successful' but with '£N/A'.
Does anyone know what I am doing wrong??!?

Hi Iam having the same issues I’ve tried a few different cards and each one comes up oops something went wrong payment not accepted. Still trying to figure out why. Last night there was a message saying error and they was fixing the website and app but I got on no problem just now but payment still not working.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Thanks all,
just tried the fast top up but it didn’t work. I’m stuck at stage 2. It states that additional payer authorisation is required but nothing happens?
