Top up for a child’s watch with no text facility

Hi

when trying to top up my child’s watch phone online, the system asks to confirm/ verify  the phone by sending a text but the watch phone does not have a text facility. Any tips out there?

@PeterUnwin   You can also use THIS to top up, no texts involved. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
