I understand that data coverage is very subjective to things like location, specific phone, building you're in, etc...
But if I do a network speed check for my phone in my area, it says I get 'excellent coverage', all whilst displaying one bar of signal at the top of my screen.
More often than not, I will have the 'h' symbol with one bar of connectivity showing. Seems silly to be paying for 4G, but not getting it, or having a 20second video taking an hour to send on WhatsApp lol
Is there a way to get a refund if you're not receiving the product you're paying for?

Hi @Code109
Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with your signal.
Is it both indoors and outdoors that you have this problem at the address? Have you checked to see if there is a network problem in your area? You can check on our coverage checker by selecting 'check network'.

Hi @Code109 and welcome to the community

It sounds like you're dropping back to the 3G network in certain locations.
Your subscription is for the use of the EE network, and fallback to 3G - whilst increasingly rare these days - is how the network is designed to function.
You've been directed to check the coverage & status checker - what does that report for these locations? And more importantly, do other EE users have the same issues with 4G coverage that you're having?
