My partner’s SIM + phone minimum contract length is soon to be reached, and she is looking to switch to a SIM only plan following this.
She also has an NHS discount which I’m aware can only be applied online.
In terms of navigating this transition from SIM + phone plan —> SIM only plan with NHS discount, is this feasible, and if so, how should we proceed about doing this? Thanks.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @clonzana
There's 2 ways you can go about this..
1: Login to your myEE online account and choose the options for "upgrade now" and choose whatever SIM-only plan you want. The "upgrade" terminology is arguably misleading here.
2: Call EE C/S on 150 from your mobile, and ask the agent for a change of payment plan - and explain which SIM-only plan you want.

Hi @clonzana
Thanks for posting 🙂
The perk discount can be given over the phone, online or in an EE Store for eligible plans.
