Hello,
I'm trying to give my PAC from my old network to EE PAC Form. I have inputted the correct EE number but it shows error message, so I can't continue.
Can anyone help, please?

@rhea30 I would call customer services and give them your pac code if your having issues with the online form.

Thanks, @Chris_B . It's weird that somehow my EE profile has already updated with my old number that I wanted to keep, but it seems my old number is still using my old network. 🤔
Not sure if setting an appointment to the store would be good?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I would suggest giving our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they can get your number transfer set up for you.
If your number transfer is requested before 5.30pm on a working day, we will endeavour to have your number transferred the following working day.
If your request is made after 5.30pm, or made on a weekend or bank holiday, your number will take two working days to transfer.
Please allow time for us to complete your request. For example, if you submit your details at 5.25pm this may not allow us quite enough time to complete for the following working day.

Hi @Leanne_T ,
Thank you for your response. I went to EE store on Saturday and apparently they also experienced same error with me, so they suggested me to get a new SIM card, so I did. They entered the new SIM card number in PAC form and it works. They say the process should be completed by Monday or Tuesday, so I'm monitoring now if my EE number would change to my old number.
