I got a PAC code from my old provider and filled in the 'Switching Provider Form'. I got a response saying EE have sent me a confirmation email but this has not been recieved. My email address is correct. I know it can take up to 5 days to change the numbers but why did i not get the confirmation email?

@chrisfozz personally I would call customer services and verbally give them the PAC code.
