I have moved to EE today. I have a PAC code from my old provider but it is not being accepted by the form on the web page as it says the number is not in the right format. I have checked and it is in the right format ie. ABC123456. I don't know what to do to rectify this. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to access your account and see what error message is being produced when they try to manually enter your PAC. They will then be able to advise you of the next steps.
